Landlord Account
Some of our services for landlords require you to register and set up an account using your email address and a password (your “Landlord Account”).
A Landlord Account is primarily intended for the use of a person(s) wishing to list an available property for rent or private sale. The email address you provide must be your own.
Do not transfer your Account to another party without our consent.
You are solely responsible for all activities occurring under your Account. It is your responsibility to maintain the security integrity of your password. We implore you to adequately protect your password and make it difficult for others to guess.
If you believe your Account has been compromised or misused, contact us immediately at contact@rederent.com.
Use of Service
Posts must be made in the appropriate category or area (you can email us at support@rederent.com if you need any help) and will not do any of the following:
- Use our platform to distribute spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes
- Violate Canadian Regulations relating to marketing and professional correspondence
- Infringe any third-party rights
- Violate laws of any kind
- Impose an unreasonable load on our website and hosting, particularly one which will affect the speed or effectiveness of our site
- Provide false or misleading information
- Use our platform to spread viruses or any other technologies that may harm our website, agents, company or the interests or property of the RedE Rent users
- Use any Ai, spider, scraper or other automated means to access our website without written permission from RedE Rent
- Collect information about others without their consent
- Circumvent measures used to prevent or restrict access on our website
- (While our administrators reserve the right to correct data or update your listing with consent), other users are not permitted copy, modify, or distribute any other person’s content
Personal Information
By using our services, you agree to the collection, transfer, storage and use of your personal information by RedE Media Inc.(the “data controller”) on servers (further described in our privacy policy).
Abusing Our Services
Please contact us immediately (contact@rederent.com) if you encounter any problems or offensive content on our site.
We reserve the right to remove content, limit or terminate our Services, and take legal steps to keep users away from our site if we think that they are acting inconsistently with the letter or spirit of our policies.
Please note, however, we do not accept any liability for monitoring the posts, content or correspondence (not originating internally from our organization) related to our website.

Content provided by the external user (you) grants us a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable right to exercise the copyright, publicity, and database rights to that content.
You agree not to copy, modify, resell or distribute the listings, services, copyrights or trademarks on this site.
If you believe that your rights have been violated, please notify us via email at contact@rederent.com, and we will investigate.
We reserve the right to update or remove content where we have grounds for believing it is incomplete or suspecting the violation of our terms or any other party’s rights.
Fees and Services
Our services are generally free (it’s what makes us so cool). However, we may charge fees for some services. If your planning to use a service that charges a fee, we will inform you in advance and give you an opportunity to review those charges before confirming them. Our services and fees are quoted in Canadian Dollars, and Canadian taxes associated with our Services will be collected when applicable (You are required to provide accurate address information necessary for RedE Rent to comply with its obligations under applicable tax law).
We may change our services over time. We will notify you of any changes to fees for ongoing services. Our fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for payment on or before their due date. We may occasionally offer a temporary discount for promotional offers or introduce new or changed services; these changes are effective when we announce the promotional offer or updated service.
You are fully responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable taxes resulting from the sale or lease of properties listed on RedeRent.com.
Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
The listings on our website are provided “as is” and “as available.” You agree not to hold us responsible for things other users post or do. You also agree not to hold us responsible for the payment processing of other service providers.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, efficacy or timeliness of any postings or user communications or the quality, safety, or legality of what is being offered.
We are not liable for any loss, whether goodwill, reputation, money (including profit) or consequential damages arising out of your use of our website (rederent.com). Even if you advise us or we could reasonably foresee the possibility of any such damage occurring. We also cannot guarantee continuous or secure access to our Services or timely notification of updates or changes to listings (especially related to the quality and availability of internet access).
Advertisements and cited content
This site contains advertisements, claims, and cited content provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the actions of you or these parties in any way. By clicking on an advertisement or consuming content from a third party you are consenting and agreeing to not hold us responsible for any part of your experience with them, their affiliates, or other extensions of their business.
Wider Visibility of Listings
We may choose to display your ad on other sites as part of our marketing and branding strategy. By using our Services, you agree that your listings and ads can be displayed on these other sites. You may be subject to additional laws or other restrictions from these other sites. We may remove your ad if it is flagged on other sites or believe it can cause problems or violate any law or policy.
Indemnification
The user (you) will indemnify and hold harmless RedE Rent, its affiliates and their respective officers, directors, agents and employees (each an “Indemnified Party”), from any claim made by any third party, together with any amounts payable to the third party whether in settlement or as may otherwise be awarded, and reasonable legal costs incurred by any of the Indemnified Parties, arising from or relating to your use of the Services, any alleged violation by you of the applicable terms, and any alleged violation by you of any applicable law or regulation.
At our own expense, we reserve the right to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, but doing so will not excuse your indemnity obligations.
